Managed services

Three offerings that hand off the day-to-day operations of databases, monitoring, and Kubernetes to Cloud Digit's NOC.

What "managed" means here vs the platform-level services

The platform-level services (Managed Kubernetes, the managed databases) take care of the engine and control plane — they don't manage your workload running on top.

The services on this page do the workload-level work: tune your queries, stage your patches, respond to your alerts, do the post-incident reviews. They're the right call when you want to run cloud-native, but don't yet have the in-house operational maturity to do so without 24/7 stress.

Engagement model

  • Standing retainer — monthly, with a defined coverage envelope (regions, services, hours)
  • Runbooks — co-authored at onboarding, kept in your repo, reviewed quarterly
  • Tickets you raise are P1/P2 by default; we open P3/P4 against ourselves to track proactive work
  • No "everything managed" option — it's always a defined scope, on a written list
