Conventions used across the docs

  • Region codes are written as bd-dha-1, bd-ctg-1, bd-syl-1. See Regions.
  • Pricing is always in BDT. Where a unit price is shown, it is exclusive of VAT (15% added at invoicing) unless explicitly stated.
  • Sizes use the IEC prefixes (GiB, TiB) for storage capacity and SI prefixes (Gbps) for throughput.
  • Time is in Asia/Dhaka (UTC+06:00) on every console / invoice / log unless explicitly stated.
  • Identifiers are 26-character ULIDs (e.g., vm_01HZX9...). Resource IDs are stable across the lifetime of the resource.
